Picking the right game project is important.
Yes, execution matters, but if you make a good game no one cares about, it won't do well. Last year, I created mockups - fake screenshots - of six different possible projects to figure out what game to make next.
In this workshop, I will describe my process and results, and guide the participants in the first steps towards applying the process to their own work.
